SECRETARY’S REPORT

FREEDOM RIDERS
CHAPTER MINUTES October 5th, 2008

President Jim Murphy opened meeting @ 1:35 pm
Meeting began with the Pledge of allegiance started by Johnny
There were 16 officers & 33 members present, 1 guest

We raised $1706.25 @ our Softball Tournament

Thanks to all that helped

Jason Grawe won the homerun derby he got $60.00 and donated $40.00 back

@ Boogie this year we raised $1740.00 for our chapter

Appreciation award winner for the month is Smurf

X-mas for kids tickets 500 tickets will be sold @ $20.00 each the winner is guaranteed $5000.00

All meetings will be held @ 3:00pm starting in November

We raised $605.00 @ 4 corners

Xmas for kids sign-up will be November 14, 15, 16th 10-6 @ Junction City Hall

Appreciation Award winner for this month is Jason Hill

Donny & Angie won the ticket drawing at the end of the meeting & donated $20.00 to Safety & Ed
